….she left this life 2-15-2010, to a brand new life.
It was a miracle to have had my grandmother in my life, a blessing indeed for my dream came true to meet her and to know her.

For the rest of my life I will remember you, yet the time we had was short....But cherished…Grandma I love you and I will miss you.

    Finally
    …you made
    ……………it
    …………….. Home

    A spirit set free
    No more pain
    Not even the worries
    Free above high
    Within a magic place
    With a brand new walk
    In the kingdom of God
    A spirit set free
    Within the wind
    You heard him calling
    And you knew…

    Finally
    …it
    was time
    to go home

From the first time I met you
It was like looking in a mirror
    In that moment
    I knew my one wish
    Had came true
    When I met you
    To think of you gone
    …hurts
    But I know you’re safe
    You are in God’s grace
Everything in God’s time shall heal
    And the memories
    Shall take over

    Finally
    …you made
    ……………it
    …………….. Home
    Grandma I love you

I am so sorry for your loss, Sister.

But I am happy for your Grandmother going on "Home."

This tribute and honor to her (like Sister Coco says) is "Soul-Deep."

 to your Grandmother.....I'm sure she was "grand" in many ways.

I know I'm a bit late and I do apologize! I am sorry for your grandmothers passing!!! It's hard to loose a loved one, but your poem is great and a wonderful dedication to her! Comfort for you and your family during this time...
