All five reasons, are the reason I left corporate. There was no place for me even though I was a higher-up.
I was not taken seriously, not included in meetings and discussions. Was told I didn’t deserve my promotion. Watched as other who were less qualified be promoted to more advance positions.
Though the money was great, it wasn’t worth my losing mental health, integrity or identity.

I had other peers who left for these reasons.

I am. I am with another employer that is woman-owned and supports all of its employees.
It doesn’t pay the same, but that will come with time.
