I'm behind a firewall...is there any way that I could get it removed?

    Hey....

You need to change the settings in your firewall so that it doesn't block popups. It may see the voice chat window as a popup. So, change the settings so that it allows popups. That should help. If it doesn't, post what happens next in here. ok?

Thankyou for the help, but I need to know where to go to adjust those settings.

    Ok...my bad.

I'm not familiar with all firewalls...so you'll have to look around for the settings.

Usually, they're called "Settings" or "Options." Or they could be in your "Preferences." The settings are usually under "File" or "Tools."

Under there, you should be able to make a decision on whether to block popups or not. When you find it, make sure you choose NOT TO BLOCK the popups.

After making this change, you will be able to enter voice chat.
