    What do you think

A cut from my book "From Bummin 2 a Buspass"
    Coming Soon

    Fire

I’m gonna give it to him
    This is what they wanted
    The real me
    Where I came…..

My origin, from the dirt, wash my body with oil
Where soldiers conquer, sell my body into the spoil
Poison injected into me, the projects they call my home
Is it a project or an experiment to see if we can get along?
To see if we fall, African stones, and calls it our song
You ballin right, but the futures crying from broken songs
Broken strings, grown men overjoyed for bling
Step to the table, nobody can eat what you bring
The table, chopping em part 9
Slowly dyeing cuz we gotta 24-hour grind
Snitches who left soon come back
Watch they act, a little money make em turn they back
If I’m not spitting the truth, call me a liar
If not burn this book in fire

My origin, from kings of queens, we ran Afghan
Not to be divided was the plan, but something happened to man
A tastes of the apple, permed the beautiful and made it unnatural
Ducking, hiding ourselves, behind the hedges like someone will capture you
Since then gotta watch for snakes, shaving snakeskin
What happened to beauty in color, who shaved mama’s skin?
Once dwell in the riches of the land, the minerals
Now abused for profit, the Middle Eastern soil buried in funerals
Water clears, ignorance misnamed our nickname from a river
The holocaust of a million souls delivered
From sicknesses unknown on palace trails
All forgiven but still living on some wood n nails
Palaces we had, mansions like Solomon’s temple
We used to build with rare stones, now we build with paper homes
If I’m not spitting the truth, call me a liar
If not burn this book in fire

My origin, from stars I can’t see
The roots of plants that feed my legs grown into me
My origin from energy, the atmosphere
My mind is finite, faith won’t let me see beyond here
My origin from the architects of the tomb
From the pasteurized peaches they put in my womb
My origin, from a world unknown to man
My purpose is a puzzle, a crumb of a plan
My origin, is a broken link in my chain
The slaves chain, to the medicine intended in cocaine
My origin, censored from me, hidden in libraries
Clouded, the brainwashing of the shroud and fairies
My origin, my skins brown like the clay beneath the limestone
My body resets as I humble myself to be taken home
My origin, the water flows into bigger bodies and become veins
To the essence of nourishment taking away these pains
