    He's free because he's educated.
    I think education here contributes to a sort of slavery

    Physical slavery started by the whites ended around 1865, de facto segregation around around 1957.

    And yet in our motherland or origin it still exists.... by blacks.... enslaving blacks.

    He's free because he's educated. Here, education may or may not save you from this slavery....

    I never understod why as the descendants of those who were enslaved and achieved some knowledge of self, we do not have a solid African American campaign to stop 21 century slavery
