Dessert Cookie Cake Recipe : Festive Fudge

    3 cups ( 18 ounce package of semi sweet chocolate chips)
    1- 14 ounce can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
    a dash of salt
    1/4 - 1 cup of chopped nuts (nuts are optional of choice)
    1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla flavor

    line a 8 or 9 inch square pan with foil, butter foil set aside
    get a saucepan or pierax bowl over low heat melt chocolate chips
    add the eagle brand milk & salt and remove from the heat
    stir in the nuts add the vanilla flavor .

    now spread evenly into the buttered pan chill 2 hours or until firm
    and you ready for a tasty treat....cut into squares and store in
    Refig make up to 2 pounds

    for creamier Fudge add 2 to 4 tablespoons of butter ..
