without javascript enabled, one only sees "welcome to the zune marketplace" plus some other stuff under that. with javascript enabled, one gets the additional notice that one must have zune software installed and are offered an opportunity to get it. does that software work if one does not have a zune?

like lots of stuff in the "land of freedumb", one must pay for a "free" song. :qqb009:

i have this one by his father: Fela Kuti (and Roy Ayers) - Africa (i lucked out; i have it stashed at my "web space" - the hard drive that it is on seems to be on it's way out.)

Femi (The son of Afro-beat legend Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, Femi Kuti spent years playing in his father's band before eventually rising to superstardom following his ...) and Fela (Fela Anikulapo Kuti, born in Abeokuta, Nigeria in 1938, was a singer-composer, trumpet, sax and keyboard player, bandleader, and politician) Kuti

can't get to Femi's cut: how do they compare?

of what use is the zune software if one does not have a zune? why install stuff that one does not need? does the software work on linux? nope, can't get it. can't even get as far as the song.

ah, yes; the freedumb of windows. "slavery" can take all sorts of forms, can't it?
