I think she's more attractive now than ever before. She's astonishingly beautiful to me in this picture, love her hair!!
I kind of had a lot of affection for her when she played Cosby's wife....and perhaps it was the character she played, but I have to think some of herself had to be in that character. And, yes, extraordinarily beautiful. But so much of that beauty, as I saw it, was also her intelligence, her class, and above it all was her genuine warmth and humanity.
Yes, in this more recent photo, she still is beautiful. There was a "persona" about her as Mrs. Huxtable, as an educated professional, as a wife, and certainly as a mom. So much goodness to observe all wrapped up into a single individual.
Of course, I don't have that much of an idea of what she is really like, but as I have seen her, a great deal to be admired and which showed through very endearingly in her work.
She and her sister, Debby Allen are very talented. Recently I saw "Steel Magnolias" and got to witness the up and coming talent of Felicia's daughter:
Eye enjoyed watching the original "Steel Magnolias" which always makes me tear up. Yet this version with an ethnic twist is just as noteworthy.
