Somewhere in the dirty, dirty
Occupation
Telemetry technician
Inside
I swell
With angst
Desperation
Bitterness and maybe guile
All the while
Looking for balance
To keep from burying my talent
Like the wicked servant
In Jesus' parable
So terrible
When fear manipulates
Torments and stipulates
So many, so often
Filling many coffins
With zombies and corpses
Who married life then divorced it
Now dead with no alimony
Just "mourners" who are phony
Fear will strike again
Probably the next of kin
The serial killer whose silent
Leaving no trace of his violence
Or does it????
