FATHER KNOWS LESS

I would wear mama's shoes
You smiled so for approval
I would wear her makeup
I loved to play dressup
Daddy undressed me with his eyes

You taught me how to be a lady
Matured breast and wide hips,a plump behind
In your mind i owed you my life
So you took my virgin pearl
Choked my innocence with your disturbed mind

It must have been my fault
Mama turned her back on me when she saw my soul was cut
She said you're lying were a family and what you say doesn't count
Now the woman in me searches for a bandaid of trust

The woman cries for the little girl in me
So happy and free she was
How can this woman become a lady with nightmares of frigid intamacy
Love was denied from daddy raping my smile

My daddy he was
The perfect man to eyes that couldn't see
I'm behind bars wishing i was free
Scars left me permiscuous for every man that told me he loved me
That's what my daddy taught me

A conflicted whore scoring affection,
because the little girl couldn't protect her
Fathers day is a grave that enslaves me
Spent years of tears and degradation
Confessions of self worth to paid professions

I wish i had drowned in the womb
I must have misbehaved
From the cradle to the grave his voice will haunt me
"Daddy knows how to make you feel,
I'm the good guy and you're the villan,
So surrender to my fatherly needs your mother was willing"

My life didn't seem worth living
The devil raised me until GOD sent me a healing
Today i stand strong enough to reveal to him,
that i'm a woman now, only because the little girl in me forgave you

its sad that the little girl had to go through this emotional ordeal. and the woman now seems to be strong. so that she can stop this vicious cycle. you have too or it just keep messing up lives. your are an very deep emotional poet who is not afraid to cross all boundaries just to get the point across. i admire you for that. ok enough of the rambling flow on my sista.
