    I don't this has to do with them being witnesses but instead the police getting mad over being videotaped.

    They trying to say that videotaping cops is a criminal offense , because people catching
    them in the wrong more and more so they will treat people hostile.

    Yea, and ive read that some departments have sucessfully proscecuted too.

    you been around for a minute Kamau.. we can't afford to be surprised by any of this.. CNN can.. cause they have to keep
    the facade of justice and liberty in tip-top condition.. but black folks know better.. we just forget from time to time..

    It's funny, but if he was videotaping a crime being committed that DIDN'T involve the police, he would be getting an award from the police for being "A Good Citizen", that the "community needs more concerned citizens like him to get involved because we can't do it alone". I mean really, can't you just see & hear it all now, if it wasn't them who was violating the law?
