An research by three scholars, Anahita Ghorbani, MA, Iranian women’s rights activist and researcher; Yafiah Assoulin, PhD, Syrian women’s rights activist and researcher; and Shada Al Zahrani, MA, a Saudi journalist, women’s rights activist and researcher, have a exposed the link between the Islamist terrorists operating in north east Nigeria, and the Saudi Kingdom.

The report made exclusively available to elombah.com on Monday, 14 April 2014, which told the stories of the Syrian war and its related miseries, also unraveled the Saudis’ global strategy which involves a planned attempt to take control of Syria and install a Wahhabi’s type Islamic regime that disproportionately disavows women, deprives girls of education and basic rights, and darkens the prospects for equality between men and women in society.

According to the authors, the Saudis’ game plan is not just limited to Syria. It is also a broader and calculated drive to install Islamic political leaders and regimes in fragile regions of the world, particularly West Africa. It also aims to distort the way of life of the west through a full scale Islamination process—a process that enjoins men with the right to multiple wives and deprives women of humanity.

In addition to support by the Saudis, Boko Haram has received indirect assistance from NATO via Libya’s al-Qaeda mercenaries. “During an interview conducted by Al-Jazeera with Abu Mousab Abdel Wadoud, the AQIM leader states that Algeria-based organizations have provided arms to Nigeria’s Boko Haram movement ‘to defend Muslims in Nigeria and stop the advance of a minority of Crusaders.’ It remains highly documented that members of Al-Qaeda (AQIM) and the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) who fought among the Libyan rebels directly received arms and logistical support from NATO bloc countries during the Libyan conflict in 2011,” writes Nile Bowie.

“The US and French governments want to assure themselves that the new Chinese leadership will not continue its beneficial relationships with resource-rich African nations that have been a success in the past. Therefore, the ‘War on Terror’ will create instability and will disrupt China’s economic growth. AFRICOM mission is to create war in the name of fighting terrorism and that is what ‘US national security interests’ in Africa is really about.”

Brutha O, I don't know if you remember or not but right before I left, Brutha James, Perfection, and myself was going back and fourth about the war? In that thread I made a post about Boko Haram, and I never really heard anything about them. Here is is about a year later, CNN has them on the front page. I wonder what made the us take notice?

As global outrage over Boko Haram heats up, so does the terror group's brutality

    This is one dynamite article!

As the article notes, it's not "just" the spread of Islam that motivates the Saudis. They're looking out for their own economic interests, as well. A dangerous combination when they strike at the weak governments of the motherland.

The US is motivated by economic interests and it's propaganda machine is intent on giving Islam a bad name, even among Muslims and within Islamic countries.

There is much confusion because Boko Haram are Sslafists. Salafist should not be equated with orthodox Islam. Salafists attack Sufi and Shia Muslims, yet many people blame Islam for the atrocities carried out by these jihadist extremists. Boko Haram, Al Qaeda and Al Shabab are funded by the Saudis. The Saudis have funded and provided arms to all these groups in Nigeria, Mali, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Syria and Lebanon. Do the research! Peace.

Wherever the Saudis are exporting oil, you will find Boko Haram type groups. The Saudis co-opted them in the 70s.

The migration of Muslim Brotherhood members from Egypt to Saudi Arabia andSaudi King Faisal's "embrace of Salafi pan-Islamism resulted in cross-pollination between Muhammad ibn Abd-al-Wahhab's teachings on tawhid, shirk and bid‘ah and Salafi interpretations of the sayings of Muhammad.

Pan Islamism is not a religion. It is a political ideology.
