Can anyone advise me on how much water i should be drinking on a daily basis. Should i be drinking half of my body weight, or should i just drink when i'm feeling thirsty? Also I work out a bit so i'm pretty sure i should be taken in extra water for replenishing. I try not to drink to much back 2back bcuz i hear too much of anything is not good for you. I don't know sometimes i feel really dehydrated and i could have just finished a 2 gallon jug of water. Could it be something else that i'm lacking?
