student, but not for long
keep in mind folks....these poems are creations inspired by thought provoking conversations..and not necessarily a reflection of my present situation. :angel1:

I asked you for more,
More passion,
More fire,
More avenues,
So that I can have,
More desires…
And so you did,
Shock me like a live wire.
And took me higher.
Made me feel like a natural woman,
Even though I may break down like a little girl.
You broadened my world.
Took me places I had never been,
At least with you…
You excited me,
Made me want an encore,
Even before you did anything.
You took my hand,
And led me to a land,
‘Promised’….even better than.
Flowing with chocolate milk,
Sweet, with your skin,
Like honey,
And I find it funny,
As I wonder exactly,
What it’s been dipped in.
You removed the blinds,
From my eyes,
As you do your thing.
To my surprise,
I watch the heat in the room rise…
Even after the day has passed,
Let’s continue to create,
A fervor that will,
Forever last……please.
I’ve waited so long,
For someone to humble me,
Bring me to my knees,
To sing…high pitched staccato,
Now I’m assuming,
That you indeed do know,
You probably knew all along.
