Good stuff. Amusing a bit.
What were the Mexican revolutionaries called again? Sounds like she is saying Dr. Kingsters.
Is she pregnant again? This would be her 4th wouldn't it?
She reminds me a bit of Lauryn Hill. I miss her. Not that much of a fan of Badu, but I'm glad she's still around.
It is interesting that with all of the ..
political activism this sister has been involved with and conscious raising, aside fom her music, it is hard to find youtubes of her presentations.
The term was Zapatistas
to me she is a clown. i cannot take her work seriously. just cannot.
and i actually love her voice. i would love to hear her on some billie holiday songs.
HMMMM.. STILL TRYING TO FIND THE SCIENCE IN THE VIDEO!!!!!
my apologies partner
that is an old NOG term, did not mean to mislead, that she was divulging occult information,
but information regarding the justice of indegenous opressed people
can't stand her voice, but appreciate her eforts as a young African woman, in a musical environment antagonistic to the Afrocentric ethos,
and the global struggle of the 60s and 70s,
but making attempts,by any means neccesary on her part to raise the consciousness of those of the "Me" generation,
the same way that "Arrested Development" tried to do.
I see her as a modern day Nina Simone, or Abbie Lincoln of the Hip Hop generation
She's so gorgeous ♥_♥
Lol I know it shouldn't mean much..idk why she does what she does. But she's doin it.
