Ebola is known to kill fast and not be communicable. Could this be a new and more deadly strain?

What's frightening, is that the virus infects on contact. Whether the patient is dead or alive. The incubation period is three weeks before symptoms show. It doesn't look like ebola until it's too late. You must dress in a hazmat suit not to contract it. In a highly populated area, one secretary in an office setting can take out hundreds. One child, in a large school can do the same.
