Quiet Poetry Lounge : Dry Pen

quietly i sit in my room
wit a wtisted emotion
my pen dry , i shake it
not a drop
no ink drip
softly i lay it down
close da pad
not happy
somewhat sad

my run has come to an end
shaking my head
laid da pen down
don't know if i'll fill it
not sure if i buy a new one
but for now i'm done !

I glaze out the window
searching , wondering
i feel but yet don't
i seek what's not found
i wish again & again
in my quiet moment alone

O' no i put the pad away
the end of my word play
quietly i kiss my pen
we been best of friendz
i soundly write a line
nothing stroll cross
now i know

til then it's my time
my last line ..........

so many things on your mind
so much to do yet not enough time
your heart is in it but the pen lie still
you know you can feel it but dont have the will
your love and compassion has touched many of us
your words still ring down in the core of us
the pen is dry but your passion stands strong
you may be sad now but it wont be long
I can see it now when love will burst anew
the pens on timeout but your not through
I'll be watching.(smiles)Free your mind and the ink will flow
