“Black people are afraid, but Black people are going to have to get over their fear. Black people do not know what is happening, but Black people are going to have to learn and understand what is happening. Black people are not thinking, but Black people are going to have to begin thinking. Black people are not being quiet, but Black people are going to have to start getting quiet so that they can think. Black people are not analyzing and planning, but Black people are going to have to begin analyzing and planning. Black people do not understand deep self-respect, but Black people are going to have to learn the meaning and practice of deep self-respect. Black people are going to have to stop permitting Black children to play with parenthood. Black people are going to have to stop moaning, rocking, crying, complaining, begging. Black people are going to have to stop thinking that rhyme and rhetoric will solve problems. Black people are going to have to stop finger-popping and singing. Black people are going to have to stop dancing and clowning. Black people are going to have to stop laughing and listening to loud radios. All of these behaviors, and many more, have absolutely nothing to do with addressing the challenges and conditions of the open warfare continuously being waged against the Black collective.”

However James, isn’t the crux of the GRIEF we face due to the fact that our leadership is in the main even more completely LOST/TOTALLY CLUELESS [have never read Dr Frances Cress-Welsing or Marimba Ani’s work, and wouldn’t think to do so] or outright treacherous than the lower echelons that they are supposed to directing, guiding and training to compete with the rest of humanity in the 21st century?

One of Dr Frances Cress –Welsing’s main complaints was with regard to the so inept very fearful nature of the USA’s Black male leaders who were ALWAYS looking to her as opposed to behaving like MEN, because isn’t doing their job with regard to by ANY MEANS NECESSARY discretely organizing and protecting our community, STILL very very dangerous [look at how long Mumia Al Jamal has spent in jail on Death Row for a crime he didn’t commit]?

Isn’t ANYONE who genuinely believes they are not programmed
graphically illustrating that their programming is COMPLETE?

[QUOTE="jamesfrmphilly, post: 939310, member: 4688" There is always an opportunity for new leadership. care to step up? /QUOTE] Time will tell eh James, there are so many individuals who so truly believe that they KNOW the WAY FORWARD that they take very little notice of the fact that shouldn't their primary function be widely dispersing information/knowledge within their organization so as to prevent a repeat of the HEADLESS situation created by the loss of the likes of Malcolm X, Dr Martin Luther King and Thomas Sankara?
