Haitians have been going thru this discrimination and racism for God knows how long in the Dom. Rep. Haiti controlled D.R. for about 30 years in the 19th century and it looks like many Dominicans are carrying a grudge for all these years.

I have a few Haitian friends I think I'm going to urge them to find a way to put pressure U.S. officials to see if they can give the D.R. a taste of their own medicine. The U.S. should start making it harder for Dominicans to come to this country, since many of them are here illegally as well.
