I was googling around for vitamins that improve memory and found vitamin C high on the list. I also found that heat and light destroy vitamin C which made me wonder how we get it from the sun so i googled for absorbing vitamin C from the sun. Of course the white people were saying the human body can't do it. I know their bodies cannot absorb vitamin D the way ours do so I figured maybe it's the same with vitamin C. So I googled for melanin and vitamin C and i saw all these websites saying vitamin C blocks the production of melanin. If that's true it is quite disturbing. But if it's true why are people in sunny climates darker than people in cold climates? Where can i go to get the truth?
