When it comes to your relationship, do you find yourself putting your friends first before the person you are involved with?

    It's a yes and no ......
I know where to draw the line and divide the two for what's important
my friendship / assoc. would come first if in trouble / need a ear or something
more deeper , My mate come first and far most because she is like the other
half of me and with understanding this let me be the close friend to an assoc. in need

but in the past i have did this put a friend in front of my mate which was a bad mistake
on my part and for the health of our relationship !

doing this can be hurtful......I been through it before....

I'm not sure....I guess for me it would depend on certain circumstances....

Some of my friends I have been friends with for a very long time and guys I date are generally newbies so I guess at first it would be seniority over the other....

Would you let their opinions of your boyfriend affect how you feel about him?

This would be a big resounding NO for me. One reason: my significant other is so awesome and would be so understanding, that if an emergency arose...he would be in total agreement for me to see to my friend, for he would know that if I ever needed them they would be there for me. Thats the kind of man I've got and those are the kind of TRUE friends I have.

well yes if someone is new my old long time friend would come first because they would
have my back when this new friend/mate would or might walk out on me .
I agree it all depend on certain circumstances and who involved.
