Audio Video Web Conferencing : Do You Own a Microphone ?

Peace and Blessings Family,

Our voice video chat has ... well ... voice and video capabilities!

It allows us to see each other, and hear each other ... depending on if one wants to be seen and/or heard.

You don't have to have a web cam or microphone, to participate.

Our voice video chat has text capability as well, so you can just text if you'd like.

You only need a web cam, if you want others to see you.

You only need a microphone, if you want others to hear you.

You can still hear and see others, without having these things yourself.

Having a microphone allows you to be heard. It adds another complete dimension to this experience, being able to hear each others voices, inflections, and such! It's amazing, how reading someone's text over the years, thinking we know them ... then hearing their voice ... and realizing, we'd only been scratching the surface of that Members breadth and width!

Speaking over the years, to the community and stuff, has even helped me in being able to articulate myself to others! It really is a great learning environment and experience! I encourage you all to come in and take part, speak and listen!

Well ... anywho ... i'm wondering ... how many of us have microphones?

Having a microphone allows you to be heard. It adds another complete dimension to this experience, being able to hear each others voices, inflections, and such! It's amazing, how reading someone's text over the years, thinking we know them ... then hearing their voice ... and realizing, we'd only been scratching the surface of that Members breadth and width!

This is so true it isn't funny Voice adds meat to the bones and I am always thrilled to hear members come on mic.. it's like "hey! you're REAL!"

Ohhhhh Sister MsDrea ... i am smiling and smiling ... we had soooo much fun last night! Whew! I can still see you dancing and singing and everything Gurl ... ... oh my gosh ... it was contagious ... the energy just moving from one of us to the other to the other to the other !!!

Sister Sister Sister ... you know i am so proud of you and your venturing out! I remember when no one hardly got to hear the voice of Sister MsDrea! Always so quiet, but look at you now! ... folk wouldn't even believe it!

Wow! I'm sooooo excited about this! It's so exciting when the family takes full advantage of what chat has to offer (i.e. mic and cam). And if it's encouraged during classes, maybe it will become more of the norm!!!
