Do you eat more when you are happy? Or Do you eat more when you are "down in the dumps" (sad, stressed, angry, etc.)? I personally eat more when I'm happy...I also gain weight as a result of my eating and happiness. So if I'm a little thicker than usual it's because I'm probably happy lol. However, when I'm down in the dumps I eat less. Food becomes less appetizing. And just the opposite, I lose lots of weight.
