Health and Wellness : Do You Eat More or Less When You're Happy?

Do you eat more when you are happy or more when you are down in the dumps?

    Do you eat more when you are happy?

    Or

    Do you eat more when you are "down in the dumps" (sad, stressed, angry, etc.)?

    I personally eat more when I'm happy...I also gain weight as a result of my eating and happiness. So if I'm a little thicker than usual it's because I'm probably happy lol.

    However, when I'm down in the dumps I eat less. Food becomes less appetizing. And just the opposite, I lose lots of weight.

    I really never took notice. I guess it would be roughly the same, maybe a little less if I'm not happy as I may not have as much of an appetite. But I'm usually mostly unhappy when I am ill so that could probably contribute to that.

    It's been usual of me to eat less when I'm unhappy:cry: and more when I'm chipper. :) I, too, fluctuate in weight according to mood. As of late, I've been steady.

    I don't know because i'm always happy, especially when i'm mad....

    I always eat the same. ..except for when i'm fasting.
