Because the OAAU did not continue beyond brother Malcolm's death to the point of carrying out is programmatic aims and objectives.

Black Nationalist leadership chose the path of Civil Rights struggle instead of Human RIghts struggle.

Black Nationalist leadership did not "internationalize the struggle" at the level of the united nations, with a few exceptions.

Black Nationalist leadership chose the Ballot insted of the Bullet and still utilizes the Ballot today rather than organizing for Revolution.

Black Nationalist leadership abandoned revolutionary, socialist ideology in favor of liberalism and progressivism and/or "democratic" reformism.
