    In the Spirit of Sankofa,

DNA analysis traces African slaves back to their roots

... Schroeder and his team analyzed the DNA from teeth recovered from a construction site on the Caribbean island of Saint Martin back in 2010. They then used a different technique known as principal component analysis to compare that DNA with 11 modern West African reference populations. From that, they were able to conclude the individuals most likely came from Bantu-speaking groups in northern Cameroon and non-Bantu-speaking communities living in present-day Nigeria and Ghana ...

I was reading thru to see if this would be offered to the public. My hope is that if it was offered, that it would be affordable for all income levels. Why should a person not know because they can't afford the price.

    Peace!

Very good question bro. Enki, but all I could find was this:

"People are working on this at the moment," Schroeder said of a project to sequence 4,000 African genomes that would provide more genetic information. "If one used that data set, the inferences could be precise. You could go down to particular ethnic groups or communities."

Remember, this discovery is very recent:

Humans Trekked Out of Africa Via Egypt, Study Suggests

The major gateway for modern humans out of Africa may have been Egypt, a new genetic analysis suggests.

This finding may help scientists reconstruct how humans evolved as they wandered across the globe, the researchers added ...

Genetic diversity of Sub-Saharan Africa revealed

... For example, people from South Africa are less likely to carry a genetic mutation that offers protection against malaria than those from other parts Africa.

And globally, Africans are more likely to have a greater risk of high blood pressure than Europeans ...

Aboriginal legends reveal ancient secrets to science

Scientists are beginning to tap into a wellspring of knowledge buried in the ancient stories of Australia's Aboriginal peoples. But the loss of indigenous languages could mean it is too late to learn from them.

The Luritja people, native to the remote deserts of central Australia, once told stories about a fire devil coming down from the Sun, crashing into Earth and killing everything in the vicinity ...

Thank you for this thread brutha Clyde.....

More and more our existence on this earth is being uncovered. Now all we need now for centuries of mis-education to be undone. It was done for the Native American. They can't do it for us because it would upset the social norms. It would give many more of our people a reason to stop going down that destructive path. You know how good I felt when I learn that many of the engineering theories came from us, and not whites as I was taught to believe. I know this would have the same effect on many more of our people who think we've done little to nothing in the way of contributions to society.

    Peace!

It cannot be said any better than you have said this, bro. Enki:

"They can't do it for us because it would upset the social norms. It would give many more of our people a reason to stop going down that destructive path."

It is all about our pre-existence, if you will, even before them.

My 2 cents: Forget what most of these studies say, most are just hogwash. What I'll just say for now is this, They have no idea where "man" originates from, there are relics and eidolons of the past on every continent on this planet from the Arctic to Antarctica that they have been trying there best to keep hidden. The cover-up is massive and its revelation should have a profound effect on you. The out of Africa theory suits them perfectly along with their evolutionary theory for it sort of puts them and their lies on top of the food chain. Our problem will always be no matter how scholarly we are is that we were all taught how to think through their educational systems globally, hence how you view and approach "things" may always be wrong.

As it relates to the Out of Africa theory, there has been a recent shift to Multiregionalism, pushing back from tradition:

The whole ‘Out of Africa’ myth has its roots in the mainstream academic campaign in the 1990’s to remove the concept of Race. When I did my degree they all spent a lot of time on the ‘Out of Africa’ thing but it’s been completely disproved by genetics. Mainstream still hold on to it.
