an addict whose drug of choice
Is other women

there's NO 12 step
To help cure his whorish ways
So what do I do

You may say just leave
But how do i pull my soul
Out of his soul now

interwined soulmates
How can I seperate souls
Without ripping mine

to tear your heart away from
what was forever

But can you stand an
eternity of never
quite measuring up?

through da truth of heart within
as it mend in tyme

Betrayal of love
is a deed painful and hurt
soulmate now checkmate

Never easy to
divide yet known to happen

I've had a similar experience. nearly 20 years and still dealing with the rip.

there will be times when we must do someting
that will hurt us soul-deep, but tiime and space
does runs pain away, thank God!
