besides feeling a cringe from white people when said mentioned MLK, i thought she
was following right inline with what is expected.

To be honest with you i'm feeling the sista, what black man
wouldn't want a black woman how could represent him like that

again i find them to be status quo
but i'm not mad at their accomplishment

    in other words i'm not a "hater":SuN013:

question when OBAMA is elected well he ditch the motorade for the "popemobile"?

    you know thicker bulletproof glass

He might not ditch the motorcade but he's gonna need thicker glass. I got more to say on this but I'm gonna hold my tongue for now.

    Hello Brother So'ja.....

I was out and about last night so I didn't get a chance to see the speech.... try as might to catch the rerun I just couldn't keep my eyelids open. So it wasn't until this morning that I inquired about it that I was told it was on u-tube. Only to find out that the 1st part was already canceled out. Then Sister Ms Drea gave me the Addy for Obama's 08 website. And there it was, my 1st reaction was wow!!!, the sister looks good, then I settled back to listen and I was really impressed. Beside from the almost breaking down form pride that I heard in her voice..as u stated brother she showed that she was indeed a accomplished sister and that gave me pride. She hit on the topics that i am concerned about. And to me that is a plus...so all in all I think she did a very good job of... as u say representing her man.

    Lilpea.....

    yes she did very well

where are all the OBAMA supporters only 3 people saw the speech?

i saw last night where HILLARY CLINTON, compared the fight of the democrats

like the fight of slavery and HARRIET TUBMAN, by saying democrats need to follow the advice of TUBMAN. and i'll quote "When you hear the dogs keep going, when you hear the voices keep going, when you see the torches keep going"

no i'm not OVERLY sensitive, i just thought this comparison was miss placed.
because slaves were running for their lives, and limbs. To me there is NO comparison in that sense to a present day democrat especially when sitting at the denver convention.

As much as I don't care for the *****, she delivered a hell of a speech last night. I do think she exaggerated the comparison of the democrats with that of slaves. I wish those friggin cameras would stop cutting to Bill Clinton's old phony self.
