    Diamonds Aren’t Forever

I thought the love would last forever
I thought the diamonds could storm the weather
    I thought wrong

I thought the relationship was crystallized
Into a solid substance called a diamond
But the ring was just a circle of a lying blasphemy
The diamonds are now melted tears into the Dead Sea

Was not our Times so Great
You knocking on the door naked with just a robe on
With me a chasing canine hunting for a F.uck
Pretending I’m the Atomic Dog sniffing and licking your Butt
    Those were some awesome days
When I would have been a slayer of any man, anywhere
@ Anytime just for a lustful wink
They would had cement shoes for the Dead Sea to sink
    Remember sleeping together all Night
With Aftermaths of Orgasms exploding like dynamite
And being awakened by the singing birds
Building love Nest on the windowsills
    Chirping beautiful lungs of words

    What happened to us?
There is no more love or lust

I broke you out of your self-absorbing shell
Now all I receive is rains from your self-built Hell
You shattered my love into thousands of pieces
The love is dead like crushed diamonds of Vain
Spread out like tears of Pain

Now I must find a way to mop up the tears I’m pretending are broken up diamonds

You penned some classic lines in this, like this one: "The diamonds are now melted tears into the Dead Sea." Sad, yet striking images here poet.

    ...been here
    bought the T-shirt
    thought I had a diamond
and all I had was a cubic zirconia
    it's always amazed me how
    quickly love can lift you
and how hard it can drop you...

    Well written piece...
    deeply conveyed emotions
    and metphorical imagery

    Nice read...
