When trials come
It's hard to see the good for the pain
Can't see the sun for all the rain
Wondering if my existence is in vain...

Born into a world of sin
Strugglin with SELF from within
Burdens weighin my shoulders everyday
Devil tryin to steal my joy away

But I refuse to be had
Neva eva raise da white flag
Devil you tried to take my joy
Playin with me like I was a toy

You got in my friends
Tried to make them turn their backs
You tried to get in my kids
Now that was whack as crack
You tried to get in my family
But skillz you lack
Tried to take my wealth
But ended up with JACK!

Tho your attempts were lame
You continue to show no shame
That's why I place you under my feet
Got NIKE imprinted on ya brain

You keep trying to test me
But Imma pass erytime
With God's power, blessin and protectin mine
Inside of me my light WILL shine.....

Runnin for God tryin to win this race
Pressing toward the goal
Victory sweet to the taste
From now on
My time you will no longer waste
Thas why I'm tellin you now to get the Heck out my face!
