SAN ANTONIO – A stoic LeBron James walked briskly with his jersey untucked as he led the Miami Heat to the locker room after losing in the NBA Finals on Sunday night.

As soon as the San Antonio Spurs claimed their fifth title, all the talk about where James will play next season heated up.

Heat fans have just reason to be nervous. A source close to James, however, offered a response that might ease the concern.

Questions About Miami Heat Go Beyond Status Of The Big Three

The Miami Heat should not only be worried about the decisions to be made by its Big Three: LeBron James, Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade. Instead, the team should be looking at its 2014 free agents and wondering what the future may have in store. A total of eight players, not including those who have the opportunity to opt out of their contracts, will become free agents on July 1, when the NBA’s free agency period begins.

LeBron James to the Los Angeles Clippers makes sense

Regardless of what happened in the NBA Finals this week, Miami'sLeBron James is still one of the greatest ever to play in the NBA.

But when it comes to winning NBA titles, it's clear that James needs help - lots of help.

That's why the idea of him staying in Miami makes little sense now.

The Dwyane Wade of old is not walking through that door.

The clutch shooting of Chris Bosh?

    Yeah, that's gone, too.
