Puerto Ricans have no idea who will be new governor Friday

DÁNICA COTO
Associated Press

PR is going to suffer gentrification because its corrupt government has left it to rot, exposing it in the worst of conditions and vulnerable to the corporate vultures who are already planning to swoop in to pick its flesh to make room to rebuild the island for profit. The new infrastructure will be state of the art with money-making empires that natives will no longer be able to afford to live there. Except for a few who will be used for cheap labor, the majority will be forced to leave for the mainland or go elsewhere while PR will become the next playground for the rich and famous and the culture will become a fond memory. Don't be surprised to see a (paper towel tossing) Trump tower looming over its horizon at some point in the near future.
