So, say citizens of PR are so desperate and fed up they finally decide to take up the government's offer and relocate to the mainland, what do you think will happen to the land they leave behind? What kind of services will they receive when they arrive to the mainland? You've got the elderly, the indigent, young children pre-school and school aged, pets, you've got working class people. What happens to the governor and mayors? Is the federal government going to rebuild a better PR and help move families back when they are done? Or will it turn PR into another caribbean tourist hot spot and make tons of money and pocket it? We're talking about transitioning more than 2 million people. Will they be dispersed around the country like the people whose lives changed drastically due to Katrina? Will these people ever see their homes again? Will they be able to afford them? What about eminent domain?

Those are questions that should be answered by the Trump administration.

Every displaced Puerto Rican had their chance to be relocated to America on the taxpayers dime. So if one elects to stay then their beef should be with their provincial government. Of course like the Haitian populace you'll be cooling your heels for a very long time waiting for your own well known and documented corrupt government to pocket as much disaster relief cash as they can and sell the commodities meant for you and yours to the Caribbean black marketeers.

As President Donald Trump visits Puerto Rico on Tuesday, here are a few answers to questions about the Caribbean island that was recently devastated by Hurricane Maria.

Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens: Puerto Rico was a Spanish colony until the U.S. took control of the island after the Spanish-American War of 1898. In 1917, the U.S. granted citizenship to Puerto Ricans through the Jones-Shafroth Act. Puerto Ricans have U.S. passports.

Can Puerto Ricans travel freely and move freely to and from the U.S.?As U.S. citizens from a U.S. territory, Puerto Ricans can freely travel and move between the island and any of the 50 states of the union.

Americans don't need a passport to go to Puerto Rico and the island does not have a separate currency.
