    DEFACTO SLAVES

The fight for equality in American began when the first slave ships landed here on Native American soil. We were defined as 3/5 % of a person to be fed like pigs, branded like cattle, bred like cows, whipped and worked like mules and treated lower than dogs. As a matter of fact I have some tape recordings of actually slaves claiming they were treated beneath dogs. In 2007 some dog owners insure their dogs that get better health care than the poor and homeless. Think about it.

After we got our freedom papers we were maintained half slaves with Black Codes laws. Were weren’t full 1st class citizens. In order to be a citizen equality of political, social and economic rights had to be a reality. However, this wasn’t the case rather the nightmare of inequality was our destiny to be. President Lincoln only saw us Blacks partially equal as spiritual souls that needed to be controlled by whites at all times. The eyes of Lincoln saw no equality between blacks and whites socially, politically and economically.

If your poor and black living in American the indirect result will be the down grading of your citizenship status. A mass of black households income exceeds bills. This have a direct impact on you if you owe child support. If you get behind, for example some states seize your passports. A passport briefly states: “The Secretary of State of the United States of America hereby requests all whom it may concern to permit the citizen/national of the U.S named herein to pass without delay or hindrance and in case of need to give all lawful aid and protection”. Blacks in slavery times were denied passports because the law of the land said we were not citizens. A newer form of slavery has evolved and now delivered through laws of today to keep poor down and rich people up.

1.Black Codes regulated employment and housing of freed quasi-slaves.
Credit reports now regulate employment and Housing locations.

2.Fugitive Slave Laws required a free states to hand over slaves to slave states
Individuals owing money for drivers license fees can be transferred from one state to another. Without a drivers license can’t work; a necessary requirement for independence.

3.Police can enter houses, open mail, wiretap without warrants all the same conditions a slave was under. The police system originally arranged to deal with blacks alone, and tacitly assumed that every white man was ipso facto a member of that police force creating a double system of injustice. Courts were used as a universal device to enslaving blacks then and now.

4.No equality in the application of laws. Whites get lenient treatment while blacks get the book thrown at them. And just think about all the whites diverted from the legal process through police discretion and whites overlooking whites breaking the law. Just the other day I was in the store self check out section. All eyes were on me while 7 whites check out their stuff. Because all eyes were on me this was the cue for the whites to rip off Wall-Mart. White are embarrassed to capture other whites stealing in shopping centers.

    5. Mexican residents coming here without official permission from INS are now defacto Citizens above African-Americans in California. A quiet Civil war, with body bags, is going on between blacks and Latino’s for equality of citizenship of jobs, housing and business development in which the browns took over from the blacks. Now a Blackman has no rights a Brownman has to respect in L.A.

Blacks will continue to struggle for equal rights between Americans and people who aren’t Americans who are wielding more political and economic rights than we are. The solution to the problem is unity.

6.Slavemasters had the power of naming slaves. The most famous was in the movie Roots where kunta kinta was changed into Toby. Whites are trying to reassert this through disregarding resume with names that sound black.

That is very True Brotha Dre...they sure are discriminating when it comes to one's name, for they are aware that in most cases, the Name(s) says many things about a person.
