How do orthodox Christians deal with the thought that unsaved loved ones who have passed would, (according to Christian doctrine), be in hell with no hope of redemption?
Why even have a funeral service or anything else acknowledging their previous life when they are now spiritually dead in the eyes of the Christian God?
