    Dear Timir,

    No justice for your untimely death
    has been afforded we people of color.
    Systematic racism prevails today in a process
    designed to sustain White supremacy through genocide.
    The cop who killed you is free to kill again, empowered
    by a system designed to permit the killing of Black men and women.
    We remain vigilant however, and shall repair the injustice perpetrated by those responsible;
    holding them accountable for every unspeakable atrocity committed against the people. Justice will prevail. We will see to it that our children are free to be free; "by any means necessary" ~

    We the people, who are darker than blue.
