i like to sing to the stars of night
when they arrive in the noon day
Can u see them? Shining so bright
Through the clouds of summer…

I just wanna lay back on a hill of
Fresh cut grass and look to the sky
To see if I can find that one shining
Star streaking it ways across the scene…

I’ve seen this star but only at night and
Now it has made it arrival in the day
When people least expect the brightness
Of this star to shine though the blue;

Shining star shining star you are
Everything to me and I seek you
I wanna hold you talk to you find
You in the midst of my confusion;

Is this star an illusion taken from the
Depths of my dreams being kept at bay
By the stars who cannot shine in the
Clear blue sky of the noon day;

I want to hold this star so vibrant
and Clear more beautiful than
anything I’ve ever seen before
and yet it is so, so far away;
