Right, no more soda for me. For example a rootbeer..well A&W ..has 28 grams per 8 oz..2.5 servings is in the one bottle...70 grams of sugar! 1tsp=4 grams of sugar...so 17.5 tsps of sugar !!! :maddd:

Im cutting down how many grams of sugar down to 50...then 25... cant go too low..then i wont be eating anything but veggies lol

Yes sis:heart: thanks for letting us know
this is good to point us on sumthing that we use and eat in food on a daily basses ...:cake:

We forget that there is a lot of sweet in food already ...
we sumthimes forget that.. (man i,m starting to feel like oprha hearing me talking like this lol)

There is an alternative ...to search for sweets that can replace sugar...
it doesnt mean you have to leave sugar out of our lives but..

at least look for a healthyer kind of sugar.....

For exampla ...if you drink Thee ...you can use Honey in it instead of sugar..
or Liquorice (sweetwood) yput a piece i the thee...

Here in holland we have cane sugar.....(you must have it there to)

we call it.. (now dont take this thing as a black and white thingok lol :uhoh:
    )

we call it "'brown sugar "' because the sugar is brown....

and its much more healthyer than "'white sugar"'

i mean my dad told me that.....

    because its kinda more pure....

so with that i cook :chef: my things and use alternative stuff......

and of course not to much .....

taking from everything to much is never good for youre health :drink: ...
    you have to balance things....
    in youre food ...
