    Obama:

"We know that if we are joined by the international community, we can continue to shrink ISIL's sphere of influence, its effectiveness, its financing, its military capabilities to the point where it is a manageable problem"

    Commentator:

"ISIS may be even worse than Al Qaeda because of its financing and Western members"

Notice also, he does not refer to them as ISIS, but ISIL instead... while the media and other politricksters refer to it as ISIS.

ISIL completely fabricated enemy by US: Former CIA contractor
    Thu Aug 28, 2014 9:7PM GMT

Former CIA contractor Steven Kelley says that the ISIL terrorist group is a completely fabricated enemy created and funded by the United States.

“This is a completely fabricated enemy,” he said in a phone interview with Press TV from Anaheim, California on Thursday.

“The funding is completely from the United States and its allies and for people to think that this enemy is something that needs to be attacked in Syria or Iraq is a farce because obviously this is something that we create it, we control and only now it has become inconvenient for us to attack this group as a legitimate enemy,” Kelley added.

Obama waives ban on arming terrorists to allow aid to Syrian opposition
    Joel Gehrke • | September 15, 2013 | 12:00 am

President Obama waived a provision of federal law designed to prevent the supply of arms to terrorist groups to clear the way for the U.S. to provide military assistance to "vetted" opposition groups fighting Syrian dictator Bashar Assad.

Some elements of the Syrian opposition are associated with radical Islamic terrorist groups, including al Qaeda, which was responsible for the Sept. 11 attacks in New York, Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pa., in 2001. Assad's regime is backed by Iran and Hezbollah.

American Fighting for ISIS Is Killed in Syria
    By MICHAEL S. SCHMIDT AUG. 26, 2014

    http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/27/w...can-fighting-for-isis-is-killed-in-syria.html

The article curiously attempts to show a mental case as for why this presumable real person was over in Syria with other Western backed fighters.

He never graduated, and in his late teens, he began to have run-ins with the law. In the decade that followed, he was arrested or cited nine times on charges including theft, marijuana possession and driving without a license.

If anyone can see why Obama sounds confusing, it is because he now has to seem upset at the same group that was set up to create chaos, but nobody was supposed to link these instances together this fast.

Bush's administration screw up of the last schemes created this clear path of noticing the obvious trickery, so Obama has to no do damage control.

If you create an intentional problem, but do not really want to get rid of it what do you do?
Make it less of a problem so it can be managed (controlled), again.

    Iraq - Check (IMF)
    Afghanistan - Check (IMF)

Nigeria - Still Checking (Boko Haram)
Libya - Check (this will be a key focus, NATO, IMF)
    Syria - Semi-Check
    Iraq - Double Check

Project ISIS (formerly known as Project Al Qaeda) is having a bit of a hitch now, but surely the Obama administration with come up with a strategy to get the people back on script.

Bad acting will come back to bite ya ever time

I been saying since the Libyan bombing and overthrow of Kadafi that these jihadists are Saudi and Israeli psyops operations. Thanks for sharing. It's not easy navigating through that site and most likely some content has been removed.

Well, much if this is obvious from the Bush/Iraq saga in 2002-2008

Stolen U.S. vehicles end up as bombs in Iraq, FBI says
    By Bryan Bender
    Published: Monday, July 16, 2007

WASHINGTON — Fifteen years after U.S. states were directed to share motor vehicle information in a national database, only nine states have done so, making it nearly impossible to identify hundreds of thousands of stolen vehicles - including a small but steady number that end up as car bombs in Iraq.

FBI officials said they believe the database could help break up far-flung terrorist networks, which are using vehicles stolen and smuggled from the United States.

Bought and sold on the international black market, cars and trucks help fund criminal operations and can be turned into the terrorist weapon of choice against U.S. troops and Iraqi civilians: vehicles packed with explosives. The FBI declined to estimate how many stolen U.S. cars have turned up as car bombs in Iraq but said the number is believed to be at least in the dozens.

Been awhile since I dug into all this, but there was a recruitment campaign for foreign fighters for America.

    The School of the Americas

    What is the SOA?

    History

The School of the Americas (SOA) is a combat training school for Latin American soldiers, located at Fort Benning, Georgia. In 2001 renamed the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC).

It was initially established in Panama in 1946 however it was expelled from Panama in 1984 under the terms of the Panama Canal Treaty (article iv) and reinforced under the Treaty Concerning the Permanent Neutrality and Operation of the Panama Canal (article v).

Former Panamanian President, Jorge Illueca, stated that the School of the Americas was the “biggest base for destabilization in Latin America.” The SOA have left a trail of blood and suffering in every country where its graduates have returned. For this reason the School of the Americas has been historically dubbed the “School of Assassins”.

Since 1946, the SOA has trained over 64,000 Latin American soldiers in counterinsurgency techniques, sniper training, commando and psychological warfare, military intelligence and interrogation tactics. These graduates have consistently used their skills to wage a war against their own people. Among those targeted by SOA graduates are educators, union organizers, religious workers, student leaders, and others who work for the rights of the poor. Hundreds of thousands of Latin Americans have been tortured, raped, assassinated, “disappeared,” massacred, and forced into refugee by those trained at the School of Assassins.

    CONGRESSIONAL CONCERNS AND LEGISLATIVE ACTION

Questions over continued funding of the School of the Americas were raised in Congress in 1993 and will likely be raised again in 1994. On September 30, 1993, the House rejected, by a vote of 174-256, an amendment to the FY1994 Defense Appropriations measure (P.L. 103-139, H.R. 3116) offered by Representative Joseph P. Kennedy II that would have cut 2.9 million from the Army's operation and maintenance account. The amount reduced would have been equal to the amount dedicated to running the School, and the intent of the amendment, according to the sponsor, was to close the School. If the amendment had been approved, however, the School would not necessarily have been closed because the amendment did not preclude the Army from utilizing other monies in its operations and maintenance account for the School. The amendment also would not have affected the School's funding received from FMS, IMET, and INM programs provided for in foreign assistance legislation.

    Human Rights Violations.

As reflected in the 1993 debate, most concerns about the School have centered on graduates who have been implicated in--or are alleged to be responsible for-human rights violations in their countries. According to critics, the School has a history and tradition of abusive graduates who violate human rights. Observers point out that School alumni include: 48 out of 69 Salvadoran military members cited in the U.N. Truth Commission's report on El Salvador for involvement in human rights violations (including 19 of 27 military members implicated in the 1989 murder of six Jesuit priests), 2 and more than 100 Colombian military officers alleged to be responsible for human rights violations by a 1992 report issued by several ------------------ 2 The U.N. Truth Commission Report on El Salvador and the U.S. Army School of the Americas. Washington Office on Latin America. August 27, 1993. -------------------- human rights organizations. 3 Press reports have also alleged that school graduates have included several Peruvian military officers linked to the July 1992 killings of nine students and a professor from La Cantuta University, and included several Honduran officers linked to a clandestine military force known as Battalion 316 responsible for disappearances in the early 1980s. 4 Critics of the School maintain that soldiers who are chosen to attend are not properly screened, with the result that some students and instructors have attended the School after being implicated in human rights violations. Supporters of the School maintain that those graduates who have committed human rights violations did not commit the violence because of their training at Fort Benning, but rather in spite of it. They maintain that only a small number out of a total of almost 58,000 School graduates have been accused of human rights violations. In many Latin American countries, military service is traditionally an avenue to political and economic leadership and supporters of the School contend that the opportunity to train thousands of Latin American military officials on U.S. human rights processes and international human rights has a significant potential for bringing about greater respect for human rights in Latin America. Acknowledging the past abuses of some graduates, some School supporters have recommended a stricter set of criteria for student selection along with restrictions for countries with a high percentage of students later convicted of human rights violations. The Department of the Army maintains that the United States--through the Department of State--actively and continuously screens potential candidates for training for any record of human rights abuse, criminal activity, or corruption.
