I started teaching two of my grand children cursive writing about 5 years ago. Now they are 13 and the use it at school as their secret code. none of the other kids can read their notes. I used to make them give me written request when they wanted things and it had to be written in cursive. All of my 8 children write in cursive the oldest is 43 the youngest is 30. The youngest 3 didn't get it in school. 34, 32, 30
