    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!!!!!!!!!
    Sometimes I want to wail
Reeeeeal loud, but for the life of me
    As hard as I try,
The sound is intangible, my ducts
are dry, with my head bowed,
palms in the air, I call out in despair………
    FATHER!! WHY CAN’T I CRY??
Not a tear a two, but quite a few
Enough to drown the pain in
an abyss, a watery grave deep
enough for all the flaws of a man
    far too many to list.

But..... FATHER, WHY CAN’T I CRY??
I desire to be like the willow
    weeping uncontrollably, flooding
    The mental cavern supported
    by my pillow.
    The reoccurring scenes, the screams
The suffering that runs around at
    night masquerading as dreams,
awake, or sleep, its enough to make
a grown man scream, but try as I
    may, the sounds evade me
    taunting me,
    in the darkness of night
    the silence is haunting me

this is a wonderful piece. i can definitly feel you because sometimes i feel like crying too... i can just imagine the feeling after a good cry. you know, when you're breathing all irregular, trying to catch your breath. but it feels so good afterward, like you've released some drama. and i agree with the quote that you also have posted... crying cleanses the soul.

While crying is sometimes a release......
I can relate to you, I rationalize by thinking that
maybe I'm just stronger than I percieve, that I am
and maybe it's not time to cry...

    Nice flow!

so funny, but like angelicsage said maybe its not time to cry. I wonder sometimes why tears do not join my dayz of depression but...sometimes when you look back you feel good that you made it through whatever it was WITHOUT crying...its like a macho thing...a great feeling.

When you can't cry, smile. :)

    Let me assist ya tears
    for many many years
the burden of being strong alone
was something u began to condone
    let me assist ya tears
    help ya fears
    relinquish themselves in liquid properties
because i was made for you and you for me
    to encourage and flourish
    heal and nourish-
each others souls and spirits embodiement
let me assist ya tears and be content
;) Thank u my brotha for speaking on somethin known but neva heard :)
