Meat Recipe : CRAB CAKE

    1 Egg

    2 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise

    1/2 Teaspoon of dry mustard

    1/8 Teaspoon of ground hot red peppers (cayenne)

    1/4 Teaspoon of tabasco sauce

    1/2 Teaspoon salt

    1 pound of fresh crabmeat
    clean and drained

    3 Tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley

    1 1/2 Tablespoons of bread crumbs

    use vegetable oil for frying

    1 Lemon , cut into wedges tartar sauce

    Beat egg lightly with whisk , add Mayonnaise , mustard, red pepper,
    tabasco sauce , salt n' pepper and mix until smooth add crabmeat
    , parsley and bread crumbs toss it with fork and divide into 8 equal
    portions about 2 to 2 1/2 inches // wrap in wax paper for 30 minutes
    chill , deep fry crab cakes until golden brown add the lemon wedge
    and serve with tartar sauce.....
