A couple of weeks ago I read that the reason that there isn't a vaccine for the common cold is because there are over 4000 variants out there. It makes you wonder why this information isn't widely available to the public. I honestly believe that the common cold, flu, AIDS and COVID was all born from diseases like Cholera and Turberculosis which exploded widely during slavery. Wikipedia lists all of the diseases that came from slavery and some like Cholera and TB are very similar to AIDS and Covid.
The best thing to do is try to be proactive with your health. I just started a liquid juice fast by bayberry herb tea, cayenne pepper fused tea and turmeric tea taken in that order. I would say that bayberry is a superfood because I have been on a juice fast for 10 days without being hungry and without loosing a lot of weight.
