This is weird. Like the last 8 racial incidents seem to be like some crazy Dave Chappelle TV comedy spoof. Sorta like a sick SNL skit. Can anybody explain why this is happening? The first and only way to stop whatever is perpetrating this mass hysteria is to have law enforcement agencies order the responding officers to have the complainant convince them they actually witnessed what they truly believed a crime was in progress then file a police report and sign it. If the on-site investigation is not resolved an a timely manner and subjects not fully released immediately with full apology they should be detained and removed to headquarters for further investigation, any vehicles should be removed to a predetermined holding facility for safekeeping and the detained parties should be allowed to notify whomever they deem necessary to assist in their release. In the event they are detained further with or without cause they should demand to speak to a supervisor or seek legal counsel which will demand the officers immediately release the subjects or file criminal charges. A number of bogus 9-1-1 calls along with false arrest cases hit the court system, things will reach the media and it will be on. BIG TIME. Enough libel and slander lawsuits hit the complainants they'll keep their blinds closed more often.

1. I submit it has always been happening. Now people have their phones hooked into FB.

2. Some are more emboldened to act out their prejudices with #45 in office.

3. Police have become more sensitized with all the publicity. Communities have told their forces, "we aint covering you for some dumb s**t!"

4. Videos don't lie. White people can no longer deny and many have been in similar situations

When the law suits and settlements start adding up. When the racists clerks and employees keep losing their source of income. The word will go out and people will chill with this BS
