Compassion meditation ....
This just my consumption and what i believe it is or how i precieve it.
Through function of the brain waves meditation gives a cognitive function a randomized control
clinical trails of thinking to improve the base of harmony when the mind is in gear on a compassionate state
Neuroscience believe cognitive psychology is what divided the signals of good and bad through brain waves
Meditation elevates mood swings / alertness / awareness / clear disordered functions that is often traped in bad waves
to the brain, Meditation improve efficiency thinking to a compassionate out look against a person / place or thing.
I am one who use meditation to find myself and relax from any disorder i may be going through it helps me create a state
of mind with harmony and love and affection , i am a strong believer.
