    The insecurities
    Of the scrutinizes
That constantly cause us to break from our families
And degrade and segregate our poor babies
    Is making me crazy
    You see,
How can one sell their body and answer “ because they paid me.”?
It makes no sense for a society
To be built on lies, hate, and non- variety
Killing and stealing constantly building no piety
What we don’t see, I don’t know why.........there are no answers for me

How can generation after generation of males sit on a street corner
The same street corner as his father’s father
Breaking dough for his young daughter
    Dead......a month later
    And society is no better
Cause a crackhead will steal from his OWN daughter
Just to buy from that street corner
Body shrivel up and family calls a coroner
    A month later
The crackhead’s daughter also works that corner
Titties hanging out and @ss juggling for older
Later contracting diseases that eliminate her from being a donor
Why we don’t see, I don’t know why.....there are no answers to make it better

Cop see a black man in a sports car
Pulls him over to the left far
Suspicions of theft runs through white officer
Black man ready to go to the corridor
    Even though he worked hard
At a nine to five job
    Officer gets out of car
And ask black man to spread his legs far
Thoughts run through black man’s head of his daughter
    White officer
Searches vehicle......find nothing.....and plants crack there
Black man knew what was up so it was a losing war
Happens everyday and the situation gets no better
Why we don’t see, I don’t know why........there are no answers to making it greater

    Government promises plenty
    But delivers little or any
Where are our forty acres and a mule for plenty
    Cause we haven’t any
They granted Affirmative Action for my people and me
Only to have colleges and jobs to withdraw it so easy
Sexual harassment on federal jobs for the black lady
And as for the black male....sit down bro....for federal jobs are hardly any
Welfare is suppose to help any jobless family
But watch out now, you better not get any kind of money
A dollar or two may cause you a starving family
Cause once it’s reported they kick you off so fast you’ll be crying “ Lord, save me.”
You work all your life until 43
Then you’re in a wreck that puts you out of work for lifey
And the government only wants to give you “$900” monthly
Compared to when you worked that’s a death penalty
    Then they give you Disability
Only to take you off of SSI immediately
Stating you make too much money
    The whole thing is tragedy
Why we don’t see, I don’t know why..........there are no answers to make the situation lovely

    Education is at a loss
Teaching them Emancipation Proclamation freed us is false
True knowledge to pass on to the little ones is the cost
    Youth is loosing pulse
No teachers there to be the positive host
No youth to take old teacher’s place we loss
    To make the situation worse
    The knowledge is all rehearsed
And the real knowledge is a toss
Future death penalties is at gross
Why we don’t see I don’t know why..........there is NO evidence to prove this false

    We copy the past
    Girls walking with sassy
Boys on the block as we pass
It’s nothin’ new in the mass
Instead in the past girls were meant to be fast
They had to be with a man at sixteen and make it last
They were not looked upon as a outkast
They encouraged their young girls to spread their legs and @ss
Have five to twelve children and no harassed
The boys were still on the corners
Instead of drug though they were stealing numbers
They made it legal so they had to find something else that was funnier
So when crack and cocaine came alone they leached onto it for the worser
Thus we’re left with the present of the commoner
Why we don’t see, I don’t know why.......there are no answers to make this whiter

I am going crazy over here
Because I don’t know about everyone over there
But I’m afraid everyone don’t see eye to eye up in here
I was once blind....but now I see.....that is in the American anthem......is it that we have gotten blinder
I didn’t see the stuff because I was doing the stuff of a ganster
Now, I’m the next Black Panther
    I really see the light
And the vision is out of sight
For I not only see what they have done to us but what we have done to ourselves bright
    And I don’t think it’s aiight
To built ourselves on what’s there every day and night
    I see it
    Do you see it
    Whatever it is........

Another powerful scribe of heart wrenching visions of real situations. God alone has the answers to impossible questions. Such a talent you are.

This seems to be even more pertinent right now than it was last winter. Beautiful work, sister. And go vote, y'all.
