Precise Allah ... good to read you as always ... i've been meaning to tell you this, as i've seen you invite a few to start a private conversation with you in order to better assistance them ... but new Members (with less than 25 posts i believe) can't start private conversations. It's a spam prevention measure, nothing personal, against new Members.
I've gone ahead though, just now, and made it possible so that you (and any Member with 25 posts) can private message the new Member ... and they should be able to respond back to it ... even though they still can't start new ones themselves.
Yall check this out, see if it works ... i'll even get you started.
