CHICAGO — The violence gripping many Chicago neighborhoods is apparently spilling onto its roads, and police will be out in force over Memorial Day weekend amid a spike in expressway shootings.

There is no endless pit of money to spend. And there is too much ground to cover.
The free housing,food, childcare,school breakfast and lunch,day care. It comes with a price tag. Community involvement/ policing is what needs to be done. As it stands now, people in the community act like they don't see anything.
