    How do you develop the pecs to make them look more square and big?

    :rolleyes: i swear you ask the silliest questions, what you tryna build over thre robo cop? turminator? you do chineese pushups.. if you cant do them.. work your way to em starting off with normal ones on your nuckels.. then move in.. until you have your two fists touching eachother, with slow rythmic pushups!goodluck!

    My Man Colt.

    What you need to do is develop a lifting program for your body. For example here is mine for my chest:

    1. Bench Press 4 - 7 Sets of about 10 Reps
    2. Butterflies
    3. Dumbbell Press
    4. Push Ups
    5. Pull Ups

    I do this about twice a week. With a Day of rest in between workouts (On Rest Days I do leg exercises) Doing pushups alone will not build up your chest the way you want it. IF you want a nice chest you must implement an excersie plan. You must also diet properly.
