I was just curious...and I hope that I'm not coming off as dying to be Carribean but, if Puerto Rico is in the Carribean, why aren't Puerto Ricans considered such? I go to different Carribean events hoping that I'll see Puerto Ricans reppin' Boricuas and I'll be like one of maybe two doing so.

So, my question in point is what are Puerto Ricans considered? Some say they aren't Carribean because they're Latino, others say they aren't Hispanic. I even hear some people say mixed.

What do some of you consider Puerto Ricans and what supports your theory?
