Some Vids you might like; the first is an animation, I thought was cool.
The other two are some friends with some magic on their side, they are the brothers at the beginning of the videos.

These games are meant to be played a bit slower, then the fast/hard hitting games. They are not to make contact, but some times, things don't work that way. The games are suppose to be played in fun.. enjoy!

Yes it's awesome. It's keeps me in shape, helps with a higher sense of awareness. it makes you aware of people and space, that you can't get any other way. It's real history will empower you to understand our ancestors in ways I can't even explain. And it's all ours (African). it's wisdom has truly enriched my life.

I remember us talking before, about a way to teach this over the net ... i bet there's a way.

It could be combined with this, along with general health and fitness, which is all the rage it seems.

I'd love to join a class ... :look:

    Love You!

I teach a more traditional form of Capoeira. We are not to teach it in a modern way. It has to be done, on a teacher to student method directly. We don't teach out in the open for any one to see. This has been to our advantage for a long time. The modern forms of Capoeira, are an imitation of the traditional. It's best not to make the same mistake many time.

Thanks. You are correct, I did not mention that Traditional Capoeira has a traditional format, to be followed.
My apologies. As to a work-out video, using Capoeira movements, I do believe it does exists. But I'm sure a better one can be created.
    AXE,
